Nesto Billboard Competition – Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Nesto Property Management (“Nesto”).
- Competition Period
The competition opens on 16 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 30 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Nesto and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow Nesto on Instagram;
- Comment on the competition post identifying the street where the Nesto billboard is; and
- Tag a friend in the comments for an additional entry.
Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments. Each tagged friend must be a genuine individual account.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Prize
One winner will receive a $200 Prezzy® Card.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Nesto reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
The draw will take place within five business days of the competition closing date.
The winner’s entry must comply with all competition requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
- Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message using the account used to enter the competition.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven days, or is unable to accept the prize, Nesto reserves the right to conduct a further random draw and select an alternative winner.
- Privacy
By entering the competition, participants agree that Nesto may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws.
- General
Nesto reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Nesto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
