After years in the industry, Ajit created Nesto to do things a little differently. His focus is on personalised service, clear communication, and making property ownership as stress-free as possible. Ajit understands every property is an investment, and his priority is protecting its value, maximising returns, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Known for being approachable, detail-focused, and easy to deal with, Ajit builds strong relationships with both owners and tenants. With honest advice and reliable management, he makes sure every property is well cared for and well nested with Nesto.

Jasmine is Nesto’s resident Senior Admin and takes her role very seriously, especially when it comes to morale, supervision, and nap scheduling. With a natural talent for keeping a close eye on everything, usually from the nearest sunny spot, Jasmine helps ensure the office runs smoothly, or at least peacefully.

Her daily responsibilities include quality control inspections of desks, keyboards, and paperwork, greeting visitors with mild curiosity, and reminding the team to take regular breaks. Jasmine’s also in charge of stress reduction, achieved through strategic purring and the occasional dramatic stretch across important documents.

While she may not handle leases or inspections, Jasmine plays a vital role in keeping spirits high at Nesto. With her calm presence and impeccable whisker instincts, she helps make sure the workplace always feels welcoming, well organised, and perfectly well nested.

August is Nesto’s Junior Admin and the daughter of Senior Admin Jasmine, learning the ropes one nap at a time. Full of curiosity and enthusiasm, August keeps a close eye on office activity and is always on hand to “help”, usually by sitting on whatever is currently being used.

Her responsibilities include shadowing senior leadership, testing the comfort of chairs, interrupting meetings at exactly the right moment, and providing energetic morale boosts throughout the day. While she’s still early in her admin career, August brings fresh energy, playful charm, and an eagerness to be involved in absolutely everything.

Under Jasmine’s careful supervision, August is quickly mastering the art of office life at Nesto. With her inquisitive nature and growing admin skills, she helps ensure the team stays smiling, the vibe stays light, and the workplace remains well nested.
