Routine inspections are usually conducted every 3–4 months, depending on the tenancy.
These help ensure:
- The property is being looked after
- Maintenance issues are identified early
The first inspection is carried out 6 weeks after tenants move in to keep on top of if any issues arise, and then carried out every 3 months going forward.
